About Us.

Roger W. Ray & Associates, Inc. is a professional company established in 1989 that provides land planning and surveying services. We provide services to a wide variety of clients in Central Virginia, including private property owners, property developers, real estate agents, building contractors, and other design professionals.

Our staff includes licensed land surveyors, research, field, and office survey technicians. The majority of our staff have over 20 years of experience each. We use the latest technology, from GPS to robotic total station in the field, to the latest CAD software and computer hardware in the office, to complete projects in an accurate and timely manner.

Roger W. Ray & Associates, inc. is recognized for its high level of quality and thoroughness on each project. We work closely with each client to accomplish their goals while upholding the surveying profession to the highest standard.

All of our survey work is performed with modern equipment, in a professional manner, and meets or exceeds the minimum requirements as set forth in the Rules and Regulations for a surveyor practicing in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

We work closely with the local government agencies and have a good working relationship with these agencies.
